Join Lutheran Campus Ministry for a festive night of Suds and Songs on Friday, February 23rd from 6 PM-8:30 PM at Lake Park Lutheran Church (2647 N Stowell). The evening will feature Wisconsin-themed food, homebrewed beer and Sprecher root beer from our resident brewmaster Rev. D. Andrew Fetters, and robust hymn singing led by local church musicians. There will also be student testimonials about the impact of Lutheran Campus Ministry, and a chance to give directly to fund the ministry, with matching funds provided to increase our impact! Suggested ticket prices are $10 for students and children 12 and under, and $25 for adults. If you want to be "A Mighty Fortress" for campus ministry, you can also give at a higher level for your ticket. Please note that cash and checks made out to "Lutheran Campus Ministry," either for ticket sales at the door, or for the hand raise portion during the fundraiser, will be accepted. Parking at Lake Park is free on the street. There is a metered outdoor lot on the corner of Downer and Park Place and an indoor lot a few blocks away on Downer and Belleview that charges $1 an hour. If you would like to park in the indoor lot and get a ride from there to the church, email Pastor Rachel at pastorryb@gmail.com to be given the number that will be used to contact a driver to transport you.
